What we collect
Enquiry forms may include your name, email address, preferred lesson, and message content such as markets and timeframes you trade. Booking and payment correspondence may include billing details handled by our payment provider. Server logs may record IP address and basic browser data for security.
We do not ask for brokerage passwords, full account numbers, or government identity documents through the website form.
Why we collect it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule sessions, issue invoices, improve lesson logistics, and meet legal record-keeping duties.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept up to 24 months after the last useful contact unless a longer period is needed for a dispute or legal obligation. Booking and invoice records are retained for seven years in line with ordinary Australian business practice. Analytics cookies, if accepted, follow the durations listed on the cookies page.
Access and correction
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@cloudmonitoringplatform.digital. We respond within a reasonable time.
Overseas transfers
Our email and hosting providers may process data in Australia or other countries with comparable safeguards. By contacting us you acknowledge that limited overseas processing may occur through those providers.
Security
We use reputable hosting, access controls on staff mailboxes, and need-to-know sharing of client charts. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending sensitive financial credentials by email.
