Terms governing use of this website and enrolment in technical analysis training with Cloud Monitoring Platform.

By browsing this website or enrolling in lessons with Cloud Monitoring Platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book sessions.
About the service
We provide educational coaching on technical analysis, with emphasis on breakout recognition and retest planning. Content on this site is general education. It is not personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a promise of trading results.
Bookings and accounts
Session places are confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and any required deposit is received. You must provide accurate contact details and keep them current for scheduling.
Intellectual property
Lesson materials, markup templates, workbook pages, and website copy remain the property of Cloud Monitoring Platform. You may keep copies for personal study. You may not resell, republish, or teach from our materials as your own curriculum without written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit abusive or unlawful content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when booking.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after coaching. Our liability for a booked lesson is limited to the fees paid for that lesson where a remedy is required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction have non-exclusive venue for disputes arising from these terms or our training services.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
